Linda Ralph

Linda Ralph set up BeSorted in 2008. Prior to that she worked in a variety of roles connected with managing information in small, medium and corporate organisations. This included the NHS and pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Solvay and Warner Lambert. Since establishing BeSorted Linda has worked primarily with SMEs including Françoise Murat & Associates, CCD Solutions, OTR Couriers, ASPRAY and Ralph Crump Associates. Linda has the breadth of experience of dealing with different scenarios and the maturity to handle most challenges presented to her!

From 2001 until 2008 Linda was co-director of an information management consultancy based in Southampton and the business worked on a variety of projects for clients. This covered a wide spectrum from small local businesses including H.R. and accountancy firms, to larger pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

When Linda set up BeSorted in 2008 the business diversified because she wanted to focus on helping SMEs local businesses to reorganise and de-clutter their working environment. The primary aim is to give clients more time to work on their core business and enjoy doing what they are good at, safe in the knowledge that their vital business documents are accurate, organised, easy to retrieve and secure.

Linda is a fully qualified Information Management professional and member of CILIP (The Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals). Linda’s forte is in managing information in different media, from hard copy documents and paperwork to electronic form.

Based in the New Forest, Hampshire, just west of Southampton, BeSorted covers areas within a 2 hour drive along the south coast and up to London.
